High Vibration Day

High Vibration Day
Why I’m writing this…

I am one of those people who need to plan out every little thing in my day. If I don’t have a plan for the day, then I don’t check things off my list. If I don’t check things off my list, I feel like I haven’t got anything done, and when I feel like I have not gotten anything done (even if I have), I can get into a funk.

Why should anyone listen to me?

Well, you really don’t have to. Everyone should try and figure out their own version of the routine below, and everyone should try to find a version that works for them.

However…My research summarizes my own personal experience constantly testing over the last two years, books, and world-class speakers.

The Books: Think and Grow Rich, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Becoming Supernatural, The Bhagavad Gita, Lead the Field, and many more.

The Speakers: Napoleon Hill, Deepak Chopra, Earl Nightingale, Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, and my dear friend Seano among others.

I strongly encourage you to check out all of the above and form your own opinions on their teachings.

Without further ado, let’s create a high vibration day for yourself. 🤩

The Morning:

A good morning routine will change your life.

Your morning routine will be the most important part of your day. This is really the time to go inward and get yourself into a high vibration before doing anything else.

Prayer:

So how do you begin getting yourself into a high vibration? You need to connect with your higher power. Your higher power could be God, the Universe, a tree, energy, whatever “higher power” is to you. The important thing is that your higher power is something that you believe to be greater than yourself. You connect with your higher power through prayer. I like to say the third step prayer from Alcoholics Anonymous.

In your prayer, it is important that you ask your higher power to work through you in daily life. You accept that God is the one who is in control, and you ask, “How may I serve?” so that you may be a beacon of love and light for your higher power throughout the day.

Affirmations:

Napoleon Hill says that the only known way to reach and influence your subconscious mind (and thus your thoughts) is through the principle he calls “autosuggestion” or just affirmations.

Have you ever heard the quote:

Your thoughts will influence your words, which determines your actions. Your actions will define your habits which make up your character. Your character will determine your destiny. Learn to master your thoughts.

I used to believe that my thoughts did not matter at all. It has only been through my research that I now believe that my thoughts and intentions may be the only things that matter at all. Your thoughts shape your destiny. That is why it is so important to try and think beautiful thoughts. I try to think beautiful thoughts throughout the day by saying affirmations in the morning.

Any affirmations that you want to say will work here. One helpful thing could be to write down a list of your insecurities and then write an affirmation for each insecurity you have. My personal favorites are: “Happy, joyous, and free, why not me” and “Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.”

One mistake people may make when saying affirmations is not visualizing or feeling emotion when saying the affirmation.

Your subconscious mind recognizes and acts only upon thoughts that have been well mixed with emotion or feeling. - Napoleon Hill

If you really want to change your subconscious mind and your thoughts, you need to practice feeling high vibration emotions in your heart while you say your affirmations.

High vibration emotions such as: love, gratitude, wonderment, excitement, and joy.

Meditation:

After your prayer and affirmations, you may feel a little bit of love and peace in your heart. Now is the time to make it all come together.

Every teacher I have ever met recommends that you meditate for at least 30 minutes daily. This may seem like a lot of time at first, so just start with 5 minutes a day if it feels better.

With meditation, everyone should try and find what works best for them. Maybe it’s a guided meditation, maybe it’s listening to sounds of the ocean on youtube, maybe its frequencies, maybe it is a meditation app. Whatever is working with you, I recommend you stick with that and see where it takes you. If you need help getting started, please reach out to me, and we can think of something together.

I like to spend 30 minutes in meditation daily, focusing on the person I want to become. I visualize the life experiences I will have, the energy I will carry myself with, how I will treat other people, I visualize myself helping others, and I visualize myself traveling to amazing places.

You should have goals in your life that are the roadmap to the person you want to become. Your morning meditation is an amazing time to focus on that version of yourself and attract that future to yourself. When you get up from your meditation, get up as that new person. Walk around and treat others as if you are already the person you desire to become.

Workout:

After the prayer, the affirmations, and the meditation, do something to challenge yourself. The way I like to close my morning routine is by working out. There are many benefits to working out in the morning. The biggest benefits to me are that I feel strong throughout the day, I feel like I connect with my body, and I don’t know how the rest of my day is going to play out, so once I workout in the morning, it is off my mind for the rest of the day and I can focus on serving others.

If working out in the morning is hard for you, start small. Go on a walk outside (super beneficial for your mental health), swim, play tennis, play basketball…do whatever feels good for you. Just make sure that you break a sweat and connect with your body.

High Vibration Morning Routine Checklist:

  1. Prayer

  2. Affirmations

  3. Meditate (30 minutes)

  4. Workout (break a sweat)

Night Time:

Your subconscious mind is the most malleable right when you wake up in the morning and right as you are falling asleep at night. That is why your morning routine is so important to get you into a high vibration and the right mindset for the day, and that is also why what you see, hear, think about, and do right before bed is so important.

Reflect on the day:

Most teachers I have met recommend at least 30 minutes at the end of your night spent in meditation. It is amazing if you can do this, and you will probably wake up feeling so relaxed and well-rested the next day.

I find that reflecting on my day before bed is the most important thing I do for my own spiritual evolution. After setting yourself up with a beautiful morning and trying to spend the day in prayer, it is absolutely necessary that you reflect on how your day went.

Where could you have been better? Where did you choose fear over love? Where did you lack faith? When did you live in the past or the future too much? To whom do you owe amends?

Sometimes if a task seems too daunting, you may not want to begin in the first place. That is why at the end of the night, you should commit to at least 5 minutes of meditation, reflecting on the day and sitting in gratitude. During this time, acknowledge what you could have done better and accept what has happened. Remember to seek progress, not perfection. Also, try to feel gratitude in your heart for the things that went well that day. It is easy to forget the good and focus on the bad, but reflection before bed is a great time to thank your higher power for all the good in your life.

Prayer:

Starting and ending your day in prayer is key to living a high vibration day. I like to say the Night Prayer from AA.

God forgive me where I have been resentful, selfish, dishonest or afraid today. Help me to not keep anything to myself but to discuss it all openly with another person – show me where I owe an apology and help me make it. Help me to be kind and loving to all people. Use me in the mainstream of life God. Remove worry, remorse or morbid (sick) reflections that I may be of usefulness to others. AMEN

The night prayer gives all the meaning to the reflection that you just did. Make sure in your prayer that you thank your higher power for the day. Ask your higher power to forgive you where you could have been better. Ask for the strength to be better the next day. And ask for the help to love and be a beacon of light to others.

High Vibration Night Checklist:

  1. Reflect on the day

  2. Prayer

During the Day:

If you are doing your morning and night routines, your days should be getting better and better and flowing smoothly.

There are a few key things I like to try and do during the day.

Spend the day in Prayer:

Just as I start and end my day in prayer, I think it is important to try and spend the entire day in prayer. Our lives are sacred, and it is a gift to be alive. We are humans, and we go through cycles, and sometimes are tough, but I just find I am a happier person and able to help more people when I focus on prayer and gratitude during my day.

Keep the 5 Senses Clean:

Keeping the 5 senses clean means that you are being mindful of what you see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. A great way to do this is to stay off social media and spend time in nature. For example: Look at beautiful things that make you feel a sense of wonderment inside, listen to music you love or the sounds of nature, smell beautiful scents, touch a flower or your pet with love, and eat amazing food that serves your body.

Eat Healthy:

Eating healthy goes along with keeping your 5 senses clean. What we put into our bodies affects our mental state so much. It is best to be mindful of the food we are eating and make sure it is serving us. Test things yourself. How do you feel after dinner when you eat fish versus steak? How do you feel the next day? How does it feel for you to eat 3 meals a day? What about 2 meals? Everyone is different, so it is best to learn what feels best for you and to eat that way!

Read for Enjoyment:

Reading is the best way to stimulate the mind and bring new ideas to you. You never know what spark will get set off in your mind from something you read. Most people only read for work or school, but it is essential you spend time each day reading about things that interest you.

Learn Something New:

Whether you learn to play a musical instrument or speak another language, you're training your brain to be more efficient, suggests a Baycrest study.

Learning a musical instrument or speaking another language can be great for your overall brain efficiency and function. I personally have picked up guitar in the last year, and it now has the added benefit of serving as a meditation of sorts for me when I play.

Learning something new gives you something to constantly improve and gives you another avenue for growth.

They say the best way to learn an instrument or a new language is by practicing at least 5 minutes a day, which is why it is on this list.

High Vibration Daily Checklist:

  1. Spend the day in Prayer

  2. Keep the 5 Senses Clean

  3. Eat Healthy

  4. Read

  5. Learn

Summary:

I have spent the last 2 years constantly testing and trying to learn about what type of routine allows me to get into the highest possible vibration so I can help the most people. At the end of the day, that is what this is all for. It is about becoming the best version of yourself so that you can best help other people.

I have not done every single one of these things every day. I have tried my best, but sometimes things come up, and that is life. I have gotten closer though. As more time passes, more and more of my days are becoming high vibration days as I practice and learn.

Start small. Maybe just starting to pray when you wake up and before bed is enough at first. It is better to build slowly than to do everything in this post tomorrow and then nothing the next day.

Everyone is different and should try to find some version of this that works for themselves based on their individual goals. My goal is to be a beacon of light to others, and this is what I found my optimal routine to be 😁.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and please reach out with any comments or questions you have. Also please share or send this to someone you know who could benefit from reading!

Much Love,

Jaedon
